In reply to a letter of the 20th instant state that the prize roll of h .ys. shipe Nimrod was received on the 10th fancy 1848 subsegquent to the publication of the distribution stateent of the scinde prize anoney, and forward,memo of the sum payable to the officers and crew of the Nimrod , the amount of which will be deduced from the 2nd dividend
