Submits copy letter from teh Adjutt. genl. accompanied by copies of Genl. orders therein referred to and reqeusts the decision of the Supl. govt. on the subject of the allowances to be drawn by Major Genl. sir John Fitzgerald during the period that officer may be in temporary Command of the Bombay Army.
