In reply to his letter No 76 of the 15th Instant.States that the commr in chief has decaused it proper specially to Lieutt a surgeon of experiense and known ability to supt the Medical Deptt of the force proceedings to mooltan under the command of Major Genl Whish has appointed consequently surgeon Dempster 1st Brigade Horse artillery.
