With reference to letter of 10th Nov. 1841 & 9 Feby. 1842 reports that Bombr.(now Serjt.) W. Warton of the Horse Artillary who was appointed Drill Serjt. to the lower orphan school in Jany. last has been unsuitable person for the situation and that the major general commanding the Presy. Division has been requested to remaind the serjet to Dum Dum.
