Transmitting copy letter from the Supt. of Marine, containing transcripts of letters from the Deputy Assistant Quarter Master General of the Army, & captain young, H. M's 29th Regiment, who proceeded to Hong Kong in command of the Depot of H. m's 55th Regiment in the City of Palaces in june last, explanatory of the cause of the short embarkation of 13 Grown Persons on board that vessel.
