Conveys, for favourable consideratin the commander in chief recommendation that the provision of G.A. 26th Dec. 1829 may be extended to the detachmets of recruits, & of H.M. service, under the commander of Captain Cawper of the 40th REgt. during the time rthey may remain stationed at Chinsurah.
