With refer. to his office letter of this 28th Nov. 1845, bringing to notice the caser of Gunner Starkey to had been pro. unfit for Garrs. and a order to England transmiting Extt. of a letter from teh Ct. of Drs. stating tht the recommendation in this gunner favour will recd.
