With reference to a letter of the 29th Septr last. realtive to the allowce of 6 Rs for Gear for remounts claimed for each Horse by the commdg officer oif H.Ms 9th Lancers with reference to a similar sum having been passed for the Remounts of the 11th Lt cavalary.
