With refec to a lr of the 19th dec last reports taht they have issued a circular to the officers of the commisst dept authroiizing the incresase of salary sanctioned to incumbents in consequence of the introudction of the new system of account to be charged from the date it was sanctioned by govt vizt the 19th dec .
