Queens troopsl, stating that he has returned to the pay Deptt. the certificate reqd. by the Audr. genl. to enable him to pass the amount of the bill for office allowances, & that he has notified to tha office tha it is his entertion to refundany sums whihc may have been paid to him on that account.
