As an instance of the serious civil resulting from the business into arrears submits copy of a letter from Lieutt McBean regarding the state of the late Loodianah office a persual of which by the Govr Genl he socilicits observes that a period of 14t Months had thus clapsed since this office was abolished on 1st may 1850.
