Submits two lr. one from Captn.Low, Pay master of H.M's.53rd Regt.and the other from Lieut.Col.Phillips of that regt. the lr. of whom consents to become the surety of the former and recommends, should govt. approve of the surety offered that the H.Cos. Attorney be directed to get the usual Indemity Bond Executed by the above Parties.
