Young & Bradley on account of Table Expences, while on board the Isis from Singapore to Penang should Govt. Concur in the arguments of Captain Lewis, Comdg. at Singapore, the question respecting these officers will be thereby disposed of & with reference to the other points adverted to in the REsident Councellor's letter annexes copy of one addressed to that Functionary, & should Govt. approve of the view therein taken, it will set at, rest every difficulty of a nature similar to those adverted to in this reference.
