Transmits depl. of certificate no. 1&2 of 1843 gratewd to surgeon I Hutchinson & I ranken those Gentlmen having paid up the full sums regr. under the rules of the medical retiring fund to entile them to annuities of 300 l per annum the origl. of the certificate have been forwards to those Gentlemen.
