With refer. to a letter of the 7th Nov. last, transmit for information and record, copy letter adressed to the secy. at Bombay in reply conveying the wihses of the Govr. Genl. that every exertion be made to deepr the birul dawlah well mentioned by the Mily. Bd. in the 3rd para of these reports the abundant supply of water being conditn on whihc several important decision wil ultimo.
