Proposed to grant one extra standard return passage for an officer and a single fare for his wife who are entitled to passage benefits under Section, IV, of the Superior Civil Service Rules. Proposal to release the upper limits of concessions admissible for rest and recuperation by payment of whole cost of return journey on one long leave in India to officers of Asiatic domicile not entitled to passage benefits.
