List of publications proscribed under Section 12 of the Indian Press Act, 1910 and since its repeal under Section 99-A of the Criminal Procedure Code for the Period 1920 to October 1924. Bombay Govt. permitted to supply certain police officers, Postal Officials and registered Libraries in Bombay with copies of their list which is similar to that of the Govt. of India's Decision that a list of Proscriptions should be printed annually and copies supplied to the D.I.B.
