Decision that money allowances must be sanctioned for all requirement and that the local Govt should submit a quarterly return of such expenditure of prisoners detained under Regulation III of 1818 Sanction from Ist. Aug 1925 from Central Revenues of such allowance for diet clothing , bedding etc . Decision that allowances to detanus under the Bengal Criminal Law Amendment Act 1925 and to members of their families must be met from Provincial & no longer from Central Revenues . Debit to Central Revenues of all expenditure incurred on the maintenance of state prisoner confined under Regulation III of 1818 in Bengal Jails from April to March 1925.
