Disallowance of resolutions in the Legislative Assembly relating to (1) the sacrifice of Karbani during the Bakra-Id festival; (2) the payment of compentation to the coolies of Kidderpore dock who were grieviously assualted by Hindus whilist carrying Kurbani meat during the Bakra-Id festival; and (3) to the playing of music before during prayer time.
