Sanction to the payment to the Estate of the late Mr. Langford James of (1) Half the cost of trasporting his library of law books to & from Meerut & a (2) sum of Rs 50 per mensem as compensation for the use of consequent depreciation of the value of those books from the time to his death upto 31st October 1930.
