Sircars speech dealing with congress association with terrorism delivered in the L.A. on the 29th March, 1935 on the Bill to repeal the C.L.A. Act, 1908. Supply to the local Govts. with copies of the English speech free of cost and the vernacular versions of it on payment for publicity purposes.
