Petition of Babu Debendra Nath Roy Chaudhuri dated the 26th June 1909 praying that his son who was sentenced to ten years rigorous imprisonment for attempting to assassinate Sir Andrew Praser, K. C. S. I. may be retransferred from the Montgomery Jail to the Calcutta Presidency Jail.
