Civil suit brought against the ex-Amir Muhammad Yakub Khan by his son-in-law Sardar Muhammad Yusuf Khan. Restoration to the latter for life, and with effect from the 1st April 1914, of the allowance of Rs.100 a month which he enjoyed prior to his joining the party of the former, on the condition that he relinquishes all claims to any allowance for the future from the Ex-Amir.
