Addition of three posts of Magistrate and Collector to the cadre of the Indian Civil Service in Bihar and Orissa to provide for the posts of City Magistrate and Additional District Magistrate of Patna, Deputy Commissioner of Angul, and Third Settlement Officer, and the listing of one of them as open to the Provincial Civil Service.
