Grant of special privilege leave to certain officers of the Punjab Commission to cover the periods of overstay of leave on account of dislocation of steamer service due to the War. Treatment of the period by which the Hon`ble Mr. Justice Scott Smith, Judge, Chief Court, Punjab, overstayed the Court`s vacation, which he was permitted to affix to his combined privilege leave and furlough.
