With reference to a lr. of the 22nd Novr. Last, returns the proceedings of claims to Family pension from the 54th Regt. N.I. therwith transmitted & annexes for information copy of an explanatory lr. from the officer cvommanding that regt. & of its enclosures from the president of the comee on the subject of the proceedings.
