Grant to sub-deputy collectors in Bengal and Eastern Bengal and Assam of traveling allowance at the rates ordinarily admissible under the Civil Service Regulations irrespective of the duties on which they are employed and without any restrictions such as those contained in appendix 20 of the Civil Service Regulations.
