Proposed introduction in the Council of State of a Bill by the Hon`ble Rai Bahadur Lala Jagdish Prasad and the Hon`ble Mr. Abdul Hafeez, Members of the Council of State, to amend the Indian Police Act and Indian Penal Code so as to allow saints and religious ascetics to go about naked in obedience to the rules and practice of their order.
