With reference to letter from this office Nos. 3 & 9 (Education) dated the 3rd May 19893 and the 22nd August 1891 respectively, forwards copy of a correspondence with the Council of Medical Education Registration of the United Kingdom, on the subject of the recognition of the Degrees of the University of Calcutta and the Punjab.
