Promulgation of orders (a) Prohibiting the transmission by the post of opium, morphia and cocaine drugs, and (b) exempting certain recognised medicinal preparations of cocaine form excise restrictions, in the Cantonments of Mhow, Nimach and Nowgong and in the Indore Residency Bazars.
