Grant of permission to Lala Jagan Nath Aggarwal, a Government of India scholar, to return to India before the expiry of his scholarship owing to ill-health. Decision that all students nominated for Government scholarships, tenable in England or on the continent, should be subjected to a careful medical examination before being allowed to proceed to their destination.
