Relief to Political Sufferes - Proposal from the Ministry of Defence that Mr. D.D. Kaha, an Ex-employees of that Ministry who has been re-employeed on provisional basis be treated as a political sufferer and granted the concession sanctioned to political sufferers on their re-employment regarding counting of their actual previous service for joy, seniority leave etc.
