Supply to the Government of Bengal of 149 Colt pistols, with component parts and ammunition, in order to train every Assistant and Deputy Superintendent, sergeant and sub-inspector of the district police in revolver shooting and to provide each of these officers with a weapon whenever he is employed on dangerous work.
