Addition made to rule XXIII, Part IV of the Ecclesiastical Rules, published with the Home Department Notification No. 178, dated 21st May 1897, authorizing Local Governments and Administrations to sanction expenditure for small additions and alterations to existing churches which are the property of Govt. up to R. 1,500 in each case.
