1. Proposed grant with retrospective effect of a local allowance of Rs.75 per mensem to the rationing officer of the Putao Military Police Battalion throughout the year instead of for six months only in the year. 2. Proposed grant of a local (language) allowance of Rs.50 per mensem to the rationing officer (Assistant Commandant) of the same Battalion on passing certain dialects.
