Adoption by the Kashmir Darbar of the Indian Motor vehicles Act, 1914, (VIII of 1914) as a State law and grant by the Baroda Darbar of reciprocity in the matter of licensing and registration to all motor vehicles from British India entering or passing through Baroda territory.
