Exemption of the Corporation of Calcutta from the payment of contribution towards the leave and pension allowances of the Municipal Magistrate of Calcutta. Question of the modification of the terms of section 628 of the Calcutta Municipal Act so as to make it incumbent on the Corporation to pay the leave and pension contributions due on account of the Municipal Magistrate, as well as his salary.
