Continuance, for a further period of five years, of the grant to the Bombay Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of the whole of the fines levied under section 21 of the Act XLVIII of 1860 and under Act XI of 1890 in cases in which convictions are obtained through the intervention of the agents of the Society.
