Disadvantage at which Messrs. Carew and Company, Sugar, Refiners, Rosa Factory at Shahjahanpur, are placed in competing with importers of bounty-fed beet sugar in consequence of the immunity of the latter from Octroi tax in the Umballa Municipality while sugar produced in this country enjoys no such exemption.
