Request from the India Office for fuller information regarding Narsinghpur (Central Provinces) and Aligarh (United Provinces) police torture cases. Supply, to the India Office, in cases of alleged police ill-treatment which have been dropped, of detailed reasons for dropping such cases or of the further information acquired which invalidated prima Facie Cases.
