Loan of R40,000 to be the Kishengarh Darbar for famine purposes on the understanding that the loan with interest at 4 per cent. will be repaid by annual instalments of R20,000 commencing from the 1st April 1917, the instalments being deducted from the treaty payment which falls due to the State from Government on the 1st April every year.
