Inclusion of the Provincial heads of the Civil Medical Department in the list of officers mentioned in Article 1216(b) of the Civil Service Regulations to whom a Local Government may delegate its power to sanctioning travelling allowance to inferior servants of their Departments for journey performed on transfer in the interests of the Public Service.
