Decision that if the total of the pay compensation for dearness of food and quarterly clothing allowances admissible to a 3rd class military sub-assistant surgeon exceeds Rs. 40 for any month a 4th grade civil sub-assistant surgeon employed on temporary military duty in the same locality and drawing Rs. 40 should receive the amount of such excess so as to place him on the equality in this respect with a 3rd class military sub-assistant surgeon.
