Grant of halting allowance to Dr. D. B. Spooner, Superintendent, Archaeological Survey, Frontier Circle, for the period of his halt at Simla from 1st July to 3rd August, 1907. Decision that the Director General of Archaeology should be the controlling officer for countersigning the travelling allowance bills of the Superintendent, Archaeological Survey, Frontier Circle.
