Grant of permission to Colonel G.F.A. Harris, I.M.S., to take over, by telegram, the charge of the office of Inspector- General of Civil Hospitals, Bengal, from Colonel R. Macrae, I.M.S., from Lucknow and to make over the charge of his office to Lieutenant-Colonel F.J. Drury, I.M.S., from that place by post.
