Proposal that Colonel T. E. L. Bate, C.I.E., I.M.S., Inspector-General of civil Hospitals, Punjab, should, after the expiry of his leave, spend about ten days in visiting hospitals, etc., in the Bombay Presidency and the Lieutenant-Colonel G. F. A. Harris, I.M.S., should continue to officiate for him until he arrives at Lahore.
