Payment in India to Mr. H. R. Roe, an Assistant Supdt. of Police, of that portion of his allowances which was payable by the Benares State during the period for which he was on long leave in England converted into English currency at the rate of Is.6d. per rupee, reconverted into Indian currency at the rate of Is. 4d. per rupee.
