Decision that upto February 1921 the rates of Payment in India of Leave allowances fixed in sterling are the rates for the telegraphic transfers from Calcutta on London for the Date of Payment and that after that they will be identical with those applicable in the case of recoveries of contributions to the Indian Civil Service Family Pension Funds, etc.
