In reply to Despatch No. 18 (Statistics and Commerce), dated 24th January last, transmits copy of a letter from the Government of Bengal, submitting a report with reference to Mr. H.L. Miller`s representation relative to the treatment to which a consignment of gasoline exported by him was subjected by the authorities in Calcutta.
