With reference to the correspondence noted, intimates that it is not proposed to transfer Private G. Roberts, 2nd Battalion Derbyshire Regiment, who is now undergoing a sentence of ten years rigorous imprisonment in India, to a convict establishment in England and requests to be furnished with a copy of any regulation which may have been made under section 4 of the Colonial Prisoners Removal Act, 1884.
